All products offered on the Bronte Wellness Boutique website are compliant with laws and guidelines for sale of vitamins, medicines, and supplements in Ontario, Canada. Please note we can only enforce our own service guidelines; any manufacturing or shipping defect of products is beyond our control. As such, we do not independently guarantee or warranty any products we sell, however, we do offer assistance with claiming manufacturer warranty policies, if applicable, which vary by brand as well as individual product.
If you believe there to be an issue with any of the products you have ordered from our site, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Retain your receipt and/or proof of purchase and send us an email within 15 days of your order. Please include:
- Your name, phone number and mailing address
- Your order number
- The brand and product name of the item(s)
- Reasons why you believe the product(s) to be defective/damaged
- A copy of your receipt and/or proof of purchase
- A photo of the damage / defective item(s)
You may be eligible for an item exchange / replacement if the product is deemed to be defective or damaged on arrival to you. If this happens with your order, please send us an email as soon as possible and we provide further instructions.
